OUR CARAMEL

 

Our caramel and other treats are made using nothing but pure and simple ingredients, to achieve the best taste and quality. A natural consequence of this is the reatively short shelf life in some cases – we believe caramels is best enjoyed fresh.  
 
Shelf life for our products varies between 10 weeks and 12 months, depending on kind. We are happy to help you plan your purchases so this doesn’t become a challenge but rather something you can proudly offer your customers – fresh caramels are a rare and exceptionally delicious treat! 


The caramels are sensitive to moist and heat or cold. During summer, it’s important to store them in a cool and dry place in your shop or storage. A perfect temperature is anything between 16-22 degrees. Caramel sauce on the other hand, is not as sensitive to heat, as it won’t melt or lose quality.
