ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address registered in our system. The confirmation contains all details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in your order, please contact us immediately at handla@parlanskonfektyr.se.
PRICES
Prices are stated in euro or sek depending on country, and exclude VAT. We reserve the right to change prices in the store without prior notice.
PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of payment varies depending on country.
PAYMENT
The invoice is sent via email to the email address registered in our system as the invoice email. Any objections to the invoice must be made within 10 days from the invoice date.
A late payment interest of 14% will be charged after the due date. No new deliveries will be sent if there are overdue invoices. Delivered goods remain the property of Pärlans Konfektyr until the invoice is paid in full.
SHIPPING
Shipping fee and customs will be stated for each country.
DELIVERY METHOD
We use DHL for deliveries.
DELIVERY TIME
We normally ship orders within 3-5 business days. If there are any exceptions, we will contact you. You can request a specific delivery date, and we will do our best to meet it, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery day.
DELIVERY DURING HOLIDAYS
During holidays such as Christmas and Easter, there is a high demand for our caramels, leading to increased production pressure. This may result in slightly longer delivery times. Please place your orders well in advance.
DELAYS
We do our best to offer quick deliveries, but sometimes delays occur, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. If there is a delay, we will contact you, and as a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase.
LARGE ORDERS
Our caramels and caramel sauces are handcrafted, and our production is small-scale. During larger seasons like Christmas and Easter, demand is especially high, so larger orders should be placed well in advance. We reserve the right to cancel large orders and refund the payment if we are unable to fulfill them.
AVAILABILITY
All products listed on this website should be available for purchase. However, in rare cases, we may be unable to deliver items that appear as available on our website. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible. If a product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equivalent quality and price. It is up to you whether to accept the alternative product. If you decline, we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Our caramels and chocolate-covered caramels are sensitive to moisture, heat, and cold. It is important that our products are stored and displayed correctly. We cannot guarantee quality or shelf life if they are exposed to high humidity, extreme cold, or heat.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We do not apply the right of withdrawal or open purchase.
CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS
If the package is externally damaged, a product is defective, or if we have packed the wrong items, please contact us at logistik@parlanskonfektyr.se. Provide details of the issue and your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

The personal data you provide during a purchase is handled in accordance with GDPR. By placing an order, you agree that we store and use your data to process your order, complete the purchase, and provide relevant updates on your order status. Under GDPR, you have the right to request information about the data we have registered about you. FORCE MAJEURE
We consider ourselves released from fulfilling the contract in the event of natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, supplier failures, and similar unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that could not reasonably have been anticipated or avoided.
